BMA-Minnesota is singularly focused on developing programming around the complex and dynamic needs of B2B marketers in our community. Our objective is to ensure that our members gain valuable perspective on the world of B2B marketing through genuine knowledge sharing that's relevant and enhances one's value as a professional marketer.
By creating opportunities where B2B marketers can learn and engage with others who share the same professional challenges, BMA-Minnesota will strengthen the industry and the individual.
Programming:
Recognizing that marketers have varied interests, needs and levels of experience, BMA-Minnesota programming will focus on three tracks:
- Management – topics that appeal to C/VP/Director level executives
- Marketing – topics that cover traditional marketing activities
- Marketing Technology – topics that address the use of technology in the marketing mix
In 2010 BMA-Minnesota has invited some of the industry’s best minds to lead us on explorations of the following topics:
- The role of emotions in B2B marketing
- Content strategy and the future of marketing
- Branding
- Economics of marketing
- Breaking the marketing rules
- Reinventing the role of marketing
- Measuring the value of marketing communications
- Micro-business marketing
- Marketing technology
Networking:
Sharing knowledge goes beyond structured programming — it happens when members connect, share experiences and work together to create solutions. At BMA-Minnesota we are creating opportunities for you to network with your peers in small group settings called Troikas. These small group networking opportunities provide a unique avenue for building relationships and exchanging ideas.
