On May 17, 2011 Eric Raarup, Sr. VP of Marketing for Avtex, an emerging leader in customer experience optimization led a timely discussion and demonstration of new on new marketing technology solutions that enable organizations to more effectively engage with customers and prospects.
The rapid adoption of mobile, social and video along with emerging technologies like natural user interface or gesture-based computing is transforming how we communicate AND enabling new and better ways to reach customers and prospects. These new mediums along with an explosion of content and the customer’s demand for real-time communications, the way we market, sell, and serve our customers is changing, fast. Marketers must adapt, innovate and be prepared to move fast. The game has changed and there are tools available that can make you a hero AND make your life easier.
Attendees learned about new technologies that support integration and ultimately save time by integrating campaigns and automating content delivery. Yet, it can be a daunting challenge to prioritize the pain points and focus on the end-goal of reaching and influencing buyers.
